Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at events promoted and/or organised by Keep It Country Festival (“the Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1 All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once purchased, except where required by law.
1.2 Tickets are only valid when purchased through authorised outlets. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for tickets obtained via unauthorised sellers or third parties.
1.3 It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) at the time of purchase. Mistakes cannot always be rectified.

2. Pricing, Offers & Promotions

2.1 Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to introduce discounts, special offers, or promotions at any time.
2.2 Any such offers are only valid for new purchases made during the promotional period. They cannot be applied retroactively to tickets already purchased.

3. Artist Line-Up & Programme Changes

3.1 The advertised line-up, schedule, and programme are subject to change without notice.
3.2 The Organiser reserves the right to vary, substitute, or withdraw artists and performances without liability.
3.3 Refunds will not be offered in the event of artist substitutions, schedule changes, or partial cancellations.

4. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

4.1 If an event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket.
4.2 If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued except where required by law.
4.3 The Organiser will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or ancillary expenses incurred in connection with attending the event.
4.4 If an event is abandoned after 50% or more of its scheduled duration has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, or for any cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of an event, due to causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: extreme weather, government regulations, strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or acts of God.

6. Admission, Security & Venue Rules

6.1 A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Duplicate, damaged, or altered tickets may be refused.
6.2 The Organiser and venue management reserve the right to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and belongings on entry.
6.3 Prohibited items (including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drink, and professional recording equipment) will be confiscated and may result in denied entry without refund.
6.4 The Organiser and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person for reasons of safety, security, or behaviour deemed inappropriate, without refund.
6.5 Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, in line with venue policy and legislation.

7. Age Restrictions & Alcohol Policy

7.1 Some events may be age-restricted. It is your responsibility to check the age requirements before purchasing.
7.2 Proof of age may be required at the venue. Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID card.
7.3 The venue operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

8.1 Aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour, excessive intoxication, or harassment of staff or other attendees will not be tolerated.
8.2 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person engaging in such behaviour without refund.

9. Photography, Filming & Media

9.1 By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or broadcast purposes without compensation.
9.2 Personal photography and filming for non-commercial use may be permitted unless otherwise stated.
9.3 Unauthorised commercial recording, streaming, or transmission of the event is strictly prohibited.

10. Health & Safety

10.1 Attendees must comply with all venue health and safety regulations and staff instructions at all times.
10.2 The Organiser may use loud music, strobe lighting, smoke machines, pyrotechnics, or other special effects. Individuals with medical conditions or sensitivities attend at their own risk.
10.3 In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions given by staff and security immediately.

11. Lost Property & Belongings

11.1 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought into the venue. Items left unattended are done so at the owner’s risk.

12. Liability

12.1 Attendance at events is at your own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by the negligence of the Organiser or as required by law.
12.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation, or loss of enjoyment.

13. Accessibility

13.1 The Organiser endeavours to make events accessible to all customers, subject to venue facilities and limitations. Accessibility requirements should be communicated in advance.
13.2 Some venues may have physical restrictions or limitations which cannot be reasonably adjusted.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
